To assure the highest quality of care, we have the following policy in our service:

  • All of our staffs are insured and bonded.
  • We handle the payroll and pay all taxes as required by the IRS and pay worker's compensation.
  • Our staffs are screened with a criminal backgroun and social security check.
  • We will replace any employee within a reasonable amount of time.
  • We require 3 references when a person applies to our agency for employment.
  • Our staffs are closely supervised.
  • We are on call 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
  • We are personalized, affordable and take pride in the service we offer.
